Why join the CFHA?
The Coronado Foothills Homeowners Association provides useful services to homeowners and helps preserve our high property values by enforcing the deed restrictions and reviewing construction projects. We couldn’t do this without dues paying members.
Quarterly newsletters with useful articles, event announcements, and more.
Dog waste pickup stations throughout the neighborhood.
Buffelgrass removal to keep your neighborhood free of this unsightly and dangerous plant.
Yearly rental of yard waste dumpsters.
Adjunct support of the county park between Havasu Road and Coronado Drive.
Liaison between homeowners and Pima County to keep homeowners informed on the latest status of road repair, utility work, and more.
Architectural review: All construction plans are reviewed to ensure they adhere to the deed restrictions in order to preserve the unique beauty and character of Coronado Foothills Estates. CFHA retains an architect to assist with this task.
Deed restriction enforcement: The Deed Enforcement Committee responds thoughtfully and fairly to deed restriction violation complaints. An attorney is retained to assist.
Event planning: The annual HOA meeting, social events, informational meetings, etc.
In additional to the above services, paid membership includes voting privileges and the opportunity to serve on the CFHA Board of Directors.
These services wouldn’t be possible without paying members. Please consider becoming a member, or renewing your membership. Dues are just $75 per year. CFHA is a nonprofit organization and is governed by a volunteer board. This means that your dues go directly to supporting your neighborhood!
